At Wildwood Calvary Chapel, in the Children's Ministry, one of the most important things to us is the safety and security of your children. That's why we've chosen KidCheck to bring you the best experience at check-in and to provide you, as parents, the ability to act as a team with us to keep your children in safe hands.
We will be utilizing this new database system for our check-in procedure in the children's ministry, for children in the nursery up through the 6th grade. We are asking all parents to create a free account online. This can be done in just a few minutes by going to www.kidcheck.com, selecting the 'Parents' section, and following the link called 'Get your Free Kidcheck Account.'
Creating your free account at home is quick and easy and will assist us in making a smooth transition to this new check-in system. If you do not have internet access at home, we have a computer available at the children's registration table that does. One of our registration staff will assist you in creating your family account. After you have created your account, and once we start utilizing this new check-in system, you will simply use your 10 digit phone number to check your child in.
This new check-in system provides us with many features, which our old system simply does not offer. As a KidCheck user you will be able to update your child's information and maintain a list of authorized guardians, all at the convenience of your home. This system will even allow you to receive notifications via text messaging, in the event of an emergency. If you have any questions regarding this new system, which the Kidcheck website does not explain, please let us know and we will attempt to answer your questions.
